- GuaranteesEvery Gel, Acrylic and Dip Powder manicure comes with a 7-day guarantee against chipping, cracking, peeling or loss of color. Just give us a call to schedule any repairs.
- AppointmentsAppointments are strongly encouraged and can be conveniently scheduled online. Online scheduling is available only for next day or later. For same-day appointment, please call our salon.We try our best to accommodate all appointments. As the services we provide are both technical and artistic in nature, all times are estimates. We use technology to assist in scheduling and estimation, but it's not perfect. Thank you for your patience.Late / Tardiness
Please arrive on time or give us a call if you're running late. We will always try our best to accommodate you if you’re running behind, stuck in traffic, etc. It happens, we know! However, your tardiness can affect the remainder of our team's day by delaying them for their clients who come in on time. For this reason, appointment will be forfeited after 10 minutes if we don't hear from you.
- DesignsFor any design request, please let us know at the front desk to coordinate with designers.Please discuss the design and pricing with the technician prior to start of design work.Please be aware that it is impossible to replicate a design 100% since every hand is different and every design work is unique. We can only try our best.
